Registration for the training is based upon a "first-come, first-served" basis for those individuals who meet the basic qualifications:

Applicants must be in good physical condition enabling them to fulfill a demanding physical training regimen.
Applicants must submit a $300 deposit in conjunction with their application.
Applicants must be a minimum of 20 years of age.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Fire & Ice Entertainment reserves the right to exclude any applicant deemed not suitable for such a physically demanding training. Fire & Ice also reserves the right to cancel any training 14 days prior to the start date that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements.

**Once application, picture, and deposit have been made, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your space has been reserved.

In addition to submitting this application, you must email us a recent full body photo and acting or professional resume if you have one. (* If you have no resume, email us a detailed statement referencing your physical skills and aptitudes.)

Fire & Ice requires that all participants carry their own personal liability insurance. The Applicant recognizes that the performing of stunts can be dangerous and accepts the inherent risks associated with stunt training.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FIRE AND ICE ENTERTAINMENT URGES YOU AND ALL PARTICIPANTS TO OBTAIN A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY TYPE OF TRAINING. ALL PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS PART OF THE FIRE AND ICE TRAINING SHALL BE AT THE PARTICIPANTS SOLE RISK. PARTICIPANTS UNDERSTAND THAT THE AGREEMENT TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY FIRE AND ICE ENTERTAINMENT, AND/OR ANY TYPE OF ACTIVITY SHALL BE THE PARTICIPANTS ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY. THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, INJURIES, DAMAGES OR ACTIONS ARISING DUE TO AN INJURY TO THE PARTICIPANTS PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE BY THE PARTICIPANT OF THE SERVICES, FACILITIES AND PREMISES OF THE SCHOOL. THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY HOLDS THE SCHOOL, ITS OFFICERS, OWNERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS WHICH MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST THEM BY PARTICIPANTS OR ON PARTICIPANTS BEHALF FOR ANY SUCH INJURIES OR CLAIMS.
